Lots of times I hear women say “after I lose 12 pounds, then I’ll look into balancing my hormones”, or “I know I need to do something about my hormones, but I’m way too exhausted to deal with this now.”

The truth is, if you balance your hormones, you’ll lose the weight and gain more energy. You’ll also lessen your mood swings, decrease your night sweats, decrease your headaches, and  increase your sex drive… the list goes on… You can feel like your old self again, and I promise, this won’t be an overwhelming process. I know this because I’ve been there myself.
